It's started as a dream of a little boy to bring the world something he truly enjoyed. Gene was drawn to the kitchen by the warm wholesome smell of hot pastys in the oven. He relished the great taste of his mama's own version of this meat and potato tradition. Gene honed his recipe right here in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, where he still resides. He is very proud to continue the history of serving these hearty meals, unique to the mining and immigrant culture.
These pastys are held to the highest standards, coming from a premier USDA plant. Our pastys are handmade from Gene's Mother's original recipe, using quality ingredients. The Traditional Pasty Oven pasty is 30% beef and pork, along with potato and onion, and are wrapped in a flaky golden crust. These pastys hold true to any test.
